Excited to announce that I will be leading a multidisciplinary research project, “Up-scaling on-site CO2 utilisation for decarbonisation of dispersed cement sector: a novel route to reliable net-zero concretes”, funded by IDRIC (the Industrial Decarbonisation Research and Innovation Centre).

The Industrial Decarbonisation Research and Innovation Centre (IDRIC) is funded by UKRI to support the acceleration of decarbonisation within UK’s industrial clusters.

This project joins force with world-leading experts, Prof Susan Bernal at University of Leeds and Dr Phil Renforth at Heriot-Watt University.

Please watch the space for further updates on the project outcomes!
